Hi! I’m currently making my schedule for next semester and I want to take a night class, but I don’t want it to interfere with the musical’s schedule. What are the spring musical (for Players) rehearsal times? Thank you!

aim to keep your nights free in your schedule and to avoid thursday and friday night classes so they dont interfere with the performances.

This weekend!! Performances are November 8th through 11th at 8PM. There will also be a 2 pm understudy matinee on November 10th.

Hello all,

Unfortunately we just received word from the SGA that we can not perform Arsenic and Old Lace this weekend.  The shows will now be next weekend (Nov. 8th-11th).  We are sorry for all the confusion and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Maureen Elford
President of Players

I hope that you are all staying safe and enjoying your days off from classes.  With the closing of the school, we have a few announcements:
* The meeting today is CANCELLED.  The school is closed so we obviously can’t have a meeting.  However, our messages via Hoot Suite are automatic so the updates saying we have a meeting today are not correct.  We will see you all at next Monday’s meeting :)

* Our Town AUDITIONS have been moved!  Auditions will now be Thursday with callbacks on Friday.  Audition information: Please prepare a 1-2 minute CONTEMPORARY monologue.

Come with a photo of yourself. It does not need to be a head shot, or a large photo, just a recent photo that clearly shows your face.  Rehearsals will be Monday-Friday every week from 6:00-10:00 PM.  Performance dates: The Weekend of December 6th- 9th.  Any questions please don’t hesitate to email me at mjoel@comcast.net.

* The CAC Launch Party has been cancelled for tomorrow night, which means that the CAC Till the World Ends Dance Show is TBA.  When Colleges Against Cancer chooses a new date, the show shall go on!  Keep an eye out for that date change!

* Also, please don’t forget that Arsenic and Old Lace goes up THIS WEEKEND.  These dates are something that cannot be changed because they’re bound by rights.  So get excited and hope that this storm doesn’t cause too much destruction so that we can all go see some great shows this Thursday-Sunday (November 1st-4th at 8pm in the Commuter Lounge with an additional 2pm performance Saturday, November 3rd.  completely free!).

Hope you’re all staying safe and dry. And don’t forget we still have some great stuff coming up.
